Preparation:
1. Start by mixing the water with the yeast in a bowl. I advise you to keep the water warm, so the yeast will dissolve sooner and better.
2. Done this mix flour with salt and go add it to water. Gotta love her good for a few minutes. To know when it is is when the dough is smooth and doesn't cling to the hands easily. In the beginning something can be stuck to you but you'll see how it won't.
3. After the first kneading you must cover the dough with film and place it in the fridge for an hour. During this time the dough will rest and it will be ready to work.
4. After the break cuts four equal balls and forms the extended bars. Put them in an oven tray separated from each other and make two surface cuts in each. Before baking let them simmer for about 30 minutes or so.
5. When they grow up they'll have the ultimate baguette shape. If they get too fat stretch the dough more with a little flour.
6. Finally put the oven in 180°C for 15 minutes and you'll have them ready.
A tip before you powder them spray some water on top so it doesn't make the crust so fast and you get that bakery result. If you don't have a sprayer, you can also soak your fingertips and gently run them over the bread before baking.
