Ingredients:
- 250 milliliters of whole milk
- 160 grams of flour
- 2 eggs
- butter or margarine (to grease the skillet)
Preparation:
1. In a mini pepper glass area the milk, flour, eggs and salt, and grind.
2. It must be a non-thick dough. The extra liquid you live, the finer your crepes will pop out. take a look at this whilst whipping and add a bit greater milk if important.
3. We allow it relaxation for a while and then spread a warm skillet with a bit butter or margarine, to taste. We make the crepes and reserve on a plate.
4. Accompany with sweet, ice cream, fruit, chocolate or some thing salty.
