Ingredients:
3 large eggs or 4 medium eggs
1 lemon yogurt
Sugar (2 levels of yogurt)
Flour (3 measures of yogurt)
Sunflower oil or olive oil (1 degree of yogurt)
1 envelope yeast powder (16 gr baking powder)
Zest of a Lemon
Butter and Flour (for grease the mold)
Sugar glaze for decorating (optional)
Preparation:
We are heating the oven to 150°.
We beat the eggs and add the sugar, yogurt, sunflower oil and the zest of lemon (without the white part, because it would be bitter). We combine the flour with the yeast, add to the above mixture and beat well.
We put on a mold with butter, sprinkle with flour and shake to throw away the leftovers. Let's pour the mixture into the mold. If we want the yeast to have more effect, let the dough rest for 15 minutes before going into the oven. Let's bake it up. It will be ready when you poke with a stick it comes out clean (I don't give time because every oven is a world).
Pull out and template. We take apart a knife through the edges of the mold. Can be decorated with icing sugar.
