- A glass of water
- A glass of flour
- A tablespoon of oil
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- Frying oil
- sugar to taste
Preparation:
Bring the water, salt and 1 tablespoon oil to a boil in a small saucepan.
When it has started boiling, remove it from the heat, place it in a glass container very carefully and add the flour.
Mix with a spoon or miserable until a homogeneous paste is obtained.
Once the dough is ready, it's time to transfer it to the homemade churros maker.
Make them small or whatever size you like.
Next, bring the oil to a boil and fry the churros until golden brown.
Remove them from the oil and absorb the excess fat with a towel or paper towel.
Pass them on a plate with sugar to decorate.
