Ingredients:
- 240gr dry cookies
- 110gr butter
- 500gr of cheese one table
- 100gr fresh liquid cream
- 65g of sugar
- 25gr Corn Starch
- 1 egg
- 1 yema
- 100 gr of sour cream
- Bayas to the liking
Indications:
Beat the cookies and mix with melted butter. Grind the mixture in a mold and refrigerate for 25 minutes.
Mix eggs with sugar, then add cream cheese, almonds, cream, egg and yogurt. Pour mixture over base and bake at 340°F/170° for 20 minutes.
Cover with sour cream and berries.
