Coconut Donut


 Ingredients:

700g sifted flour

200 g grated coconut

1 can of condensed milk

5 eggs

250 g of powdered sugar.

125 g of butter.

1 sachet of vanilla sugar.

1 packet of baking powder.

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, coconut and vanilla sugar.

Form a well, pour in the center the softened butter, the eggs, the yeast and the condensed milk little by little.

Work until you obtain a smooth and elastic dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. . Cut out shapes using a cookie cutter. Fry these donuts in a hot fryer.

Drain and sprinkle with sugar as desired.
