Condensed Milk Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of wholemeal
  • 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 scoops of lemon zest
  • 397 grams of condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup glass sugar
  • 2 scoops of lemon juice

Preparation:

1. Blend eggs, condensed milk, lemon zest and vanilla essence in blender.

2. Add the melted butter, no turning off the motor.

3. Add the flour and beat again until a lump-free mixture.

4. Grease and flour a pancake mold, pour the mixture and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until insert a stick in the center comes out clean.

5. Remove from oven, let cool for 15 minutes, defrost and cool completely.

6. Mix the icing sugar with lemon juice and glaze the cake.
